For your consideration one Thomas handbook 79C Maynard, shallow cone cavity bullet. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is a real nice light white color (makes it hard to photograph) & I do not see a single patina chip. Notice the one wide, shallow groove typical of this bullet type. Mold seams can be seen on both sides of this bullet-in the shallow groove-see photo 1. The solid base is smooth...with shallow cavity easy to see. Measures about 0.52 x 0.83 inches. Dug from the Corinth - Shiloh area.
