For your consideration one cupped base Colt revolving rifle bullet. This bullet is in very good dug condition with a slick puddy white patina…exxtra nice. Notice the nose cap ring-drift ring. Just above the top ring notice the faint shoulder…its faint but its there…all the way around this bullet. My photos to the R are to show the nose cap ring & the cupped/concave base this bullet has. I see no evidence of a base cast mark. Measures about 0.575 x 0.915 inches. Dug from the Corinth/Shiloh area. This looks to be an unlisted machine pressed bullet…my guess only. All of these bullets I have seen have had a nose cap ring…some faint…some not so. Not yet a listed bullet.
