For your consideration one McKee & Mason 383 Confederate Cap nose for rifle musket bullet. You will find this bullet to be in very good to excellent dug condition. The patina is a real nice white color. The cap nose is faint but it is there & the cavity is a cone. Measures about 0.575 x 0.995 inches. A M&M 383 bullet I have always been told this bullet can be found in more than one cavity type. I do not remember reading this anywhere. Take these last 2 bullets TL5832 & 5831. Two almost identical bullets…two different cavity types. I have a small group of 383 bullets & I will be looking for a third cavity type. ***I have been contacted by one of my ole time customers & this thread got him to looking at his 383 bullets.
