For your consideration one Marshall Texas Enfield bullet with a double ringed nose (bulls eye). The double ringed marks are faint but as you can see, in the ring light, they can be seen. Like many MTE's this bullet has several cold pour marks & is in very good dug condition. The patina is a thick brown color...a real nice patina. The cavity is a cone & at the base of the cone a tiny void in the lead can be seen. The cold pour marks & this tiny void shows the lack of attention to quality especially in the Confederate Trans Mississippi Department. Measures about 0.575 x 1.065 inches. Dug from the Marshall, Texas area & to the new owner I can provide the diggers name.
