For your consideration one Thomas handbook 191A 0.69 caliber bullet with a shallow elliptical cavity. In the center of the cavity a small teat can be seen & felt. You could call this a dot (.) base mark…my photo does not really show the dot. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is an off white & I do not see a single patina chip. Notice several faint cold pour marks in the ogive of this bullet. The 3 rings are deeply cast & sharply upward slanting. Measures about 0.685 x 1.13 inches. The most interesting thing about this bullet is that the bottom ring sticks out 0.025 inches from the rest of the bullet…the bottom ring is by far the widest point on this bullet. Just like the bullet listed by Thomas.
