For your consideration one civil war bullet made into a rifle nipple protector. This is a big one. The first photo shows the small teat which fits down inside the nipple. The patina is an exxtra nice white color with a few stains of Georgia red clay red & I do not see a single patina chip. This protector is from an ole time North Georgia digger, who is now deceased. This item has never been offered to the public before.
