For your consideration one Mason & McKee 448 Confederate Austrian bullet. Thomas simply lists as a Southern manfacture. For a bullet that is crude in nature & hard to find in real good condition you will find this bullet to be in very good to excellent dug condition. The patina is a real nice organish brown color. (Dug from some of that North Georgia red clay dirt) The cavity is heavily eccentric & a B I G teat can be seen inside of the cavity. This bullet has been labeled CSA AUSTRIAN MUSKET TEAT BASE. Measures about 0.67 x 1.16 inches.
