For your consideration one McKee & Mason 439-Thomas RoundBall to RimFire series Tennessee rifle bullet. You will find this bullet to be in very good to excellent dug condition. The patina is a real nice white color. Notice the large teat inside the cavity. Measures about 0.45 x 0.90 inches. Likely produced at the Nashville, Tenn arsenal. Dug from the Fort Donelson area. According to Thomas a Tennessee rifle was a Country or Kentucky long rifle to be used by the State. Often rebored to a 0.44 caliber. I have seen these same bullets dug in my next door neighbors yard.
