For your consideration one Palmetto Sharps bullet. This bullet is a product of the Colombia SC civil war arsenal. You will find this bullet to be in very good dug condition. The patina is a thick white. The raised rings are faint but they can all be seen. The nose is sharp & a small dimple cavity can be found on the solid base. Measures about 0.54 x 1.03 inches. A lowland Carolina dig location. It is rare to find this bullet in dug condition. Most of these bullets were found dumped into the Congaree river at the Columbia arsenal site. This bullet shows a few of these bullets did make it to the troops.
