For your consideration one McKee & Mason 278 variant - Thomas handbook 210A Dimmick rifle bullet. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. In photo 5 shows a bullet that once it was lost it was not disturbed until it was plucked from the ground 100+ years later. The one ring is crisp & the nose was nipped off at an angle. Inside the cavity a small teat can be seen. Measures about 0.395 x 0.80 inches. Dug from the Corinth - Shiloh area.  See all 5 photos.
