For your consideration one McKee & Mason 652  possible tie ring cartridge. You will find this bullet to be in excellent, actually choice dug condition....you may never find a better one! The patina is a slick, shiny white color & I do not see a single patina chip. Notice just above the one ring a faint, faint ring that goes all the way around the bullet. Most likey when the paper cartridge was made it was hand trimmed with a pocket knife. The solid base is smooth & free of any damage. Measures about 0.38 x 0.64 inches.
