For your consideration one large English made Enfield bullet from the sunken blockade runner Minho. Grounded in Charleston harbor in 1862. You will find this bullet to be in excellent condition...one of the best I have seen. The patina is a typical water patina - black & grey - & I see no erosion from the water. The boxwood base plug is firmly in place & looks like it has never been removed. Many times these blockade runner Enfield bullets are base marked Enfields. Notice the nose cap ring this bullet has. Measures about 0.57 x 1.11 inches.
Its hard to own a moment in history but you can with this bullet!
