For your consideration one Confederate for rifle or rifled musket bullet with a slant cut nose sprue. You will find this bullet to be in very good dug condition. The patina is a smooth white color & I do not see a single patina chip. The 3 rings are upward slanting & at the base of the cavity a small teat can be seen..photo 2. Measures about 0.57 x 1.055 inches. I have been told these MM403's w/slant cut nose sprues are only dug from the Corinth - Shiloh area. See McKee & Mason 403.
