For your consideration one STATE of NORTH CAROLINA 10 cent fractional note. Condition is excellent. Crisp paper. Light brown in color, I see one tiny edge nick, left edge & four tiny pin holes. Vignette is of slave plowing with plow drawn by two horses. Bold signature at bottom. Dated Septr 1st, 1862. Printed in Augusta. GA. Back is blank. Some bleed thru from the front signature & hand signed -serial number I guess-. Nice piece of civil war paper.
