This bullet is SOLD. For your consideration one McKee & Mason 439 - Thomas TBRFRD Vol 4 149 Tennessee Rifle bullet. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is a near perfect brown color...much of this bullet is covered with dirt & the cavity is full of dirt...just as dug! All 3 rings are easy to see & one mold seam can be seen...see photo 3. A teat can be easily seen inside of the cavity. Measures about 0.45 x 0.93 inches. Dug from the Mill Springs, KY area. An early war battle Jan., 1862. Part of the Perryville - Munfordville KY campaign. This bullet is SOLD.
About as nice as you will find.
