For your consideration one Columbia, South Carolina This item is SOLD civil war arsenal Confederate Sharps bullet.  The condition is excellent dug. The patina is a slick, black color (MUCH slicker & blacker than my photo shows). I did not see a single patina chip. This bullet can be seen in Thomas RBRF4 bottom of page 195. This item is SOLD   All 3 raised rings can be seen. Notice the pointed nose..photo 1. A partial mold seam can be seen in photo 2. A long-uncut base sprue with a dimple in center..photo 3. To me the most interesting is in photo 1 you can see a slight mis-matching -_ in the middle & bottom rings. (I have seen this in other ringtail Sharps bullets). Measures about 0.53 x 1.10 inches. Found in the Congaree River in Columbia. This item is SOLD   See all 4 photos.
