For your consideration one City of Richmond 75 cent fractional note. The picture you see here is the back showing the note was printed on the backside of obselete Virginia $5 notes. You see bold peach, red & blue colors. A maiden with umbrella. Also 2 small pieces of clear tape. A photo of the front can be seen near the bottom of page 1 here at TennesseeLead. The front is war time dated April 14th, 1862. Hand signed & with a serial number. A real nice piece of paper I see one edge nick & a small pin hole. Measures 5 inches long.
