Fayetteville, NC Civil War Arsenal Bullet ~ TL8146 $10
For your consideration one Thomas handbook 173A - McKee & Mason 409 For rifle or rifle musket bullet. You will find this bullet to be in very good to excellent dug condition. The patina is a real nice white color. Notice the 3 faintly cast (rounded bump) type rings...typical of a M409. A nose cast sprue can be easily seen & the cavity is a plug. Measures about 0.565 x 1.07 inches.
Some collectors refer to this bullet as a Fayetteville but I have never seen any written information about this.
