For your consideration one McKee & Mason 430 0.52 caliber Salvaged lead bullet. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is…one of the best salvaged lead patinas I have seen. In the left photo just above the top ring notice in the black striations a clear black number 7. The nose of this bullet is pretty much solid white. Great definition! The cavity is a small plug & at the base of the plug a raised circle can be easily seen. What does this mean…maybe nothing…I don’t know but its the first time I have seen this. Measures about 0.52 x 0.965 inches. Dug from the Petersburg, Virginia area.
