Made in Raleigh, NC at the Institute for the Deaf, the Dumb & blind. You will find this bullet to be in very good dug condition with a well defined one ring. The patina is a flawless white. This bullet has been cast with a blunt nose & the solid base is smooth. Measures about 0.445 x 0.553 inches.
