For your consideration one Thomas Handbook 147A teat base Enfield bullet. A long protruding teat can be found at the base of the cavity. You will find this bullet to be in very good dug condition with a near flawless white patina. Mold seams can be seen on both sides (see bullet photo) & notice much of this bullet is covered with dirt…just as dug. Measures about 0.56 x 1.04 inches. Great dig location. Notice the small casting hole right beside the teat…bad photo angle but its there. I have seen a few of these Enfields with 2 of these holes spaced just opposite sides of the teat ( . l . ) One of those things that makes you say hmmm.
