For your consideration one McKee & Mason 106-107 -  Thomas RBRF4 bullet 272 N.C. Inst. Deaf, Dumb & Blind. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is a really nice brown color. Both rings (wedges) are well defined & the solid base is smooth. In photo 3 a small arsenal casting void can be seen. Measures about 0.525 x 1.01 inches.  See all 4 photos.

A Wilkinson pattern bullet when fired the base section is rapidly shoved upward into the middle section & the bottom & middle sections are shoved into the top section. All the while the sections are moved out wards (wedge) into the riflings inside the rifle barrel.
